Watershed Passport Program
The Washington County Watershed Alliance (WCWA) wants students' input in documenting what is going on in our local watersheds. It is our job as a community to protect the natural resources of the county, including water, land, air, and wildlife. Washington County is a big place though, so we need more people looking, listening, and recording.
We issued passports to students at Chartiers Houston Jr./Sr. High School, McGuffey Middle School, and Washington Middle school to explore their watersheds. By completing various activities throughout their local watersheds, the students receive stamps in their passport book.
